View of the Tour Denecourt in the Forest of Fontainebleau, with a staircase leading to the stone tower surrounded by dense vegetation. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to Madame Barrat in Paris, dated July 15, 1915, with a 10-centime French postage stamp and a Paris distribution postmark.
