Black and white aerial view of the village of Gérardmer, with its scattered houses in a mountainous landscape and a lake in the background. The reverse features a handwritten correspondence addressed to Y. Fronval in Montmorency, with a 10 cent postage stamp and a postmark from R. Fontaine (30/05/1924).
