Description

Devastated view of a street in Gerbéviller after the fires of World War I, with buildings reduced to ruins and debris scattered across the ground. The reverse has handwritten correspondence dated 29 December 1914, sent to Madame Carney in The, with a stamp from Place de Fort Talc at L'Église and a canceled stamp.
