View of the honors court of the Hôtel-Dieu in Béhune, with its timber-framed Gothic buildings and tiled roofs. A few people in period clothing stand in the paved courtyard. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated July 24, 1905, addressed to Madame A. Mariotte in Douvres-la-Délivrande (Seine-et-Oise), with a Béhune postmark and a stamp.
