Description

Three women in traditional Île d'Oléron costumes, wearing pointed bonnets, posing in front of a loom. The printed text at the top is a local joke in dialect. On the reverse, a handwritten letter to Georgette, dated 1907, announcing their arrival in Rochefort and their departure for the station the next day. Stamp and cancellation visible.
