Black and white caricature of a bearded man in a suit, depicting 'Le Camarade SUBRA' in a threatening posture, under the title 'Strike of the P.T.T.'. Signed 'D. Marer' at the bottom right. Reverse: printed text 'Certain foreign countries do not accept correspondence on the front, please inquire at the Post Office', handwritten address to 'Madame Larratde' in Capbreton, and handwritten French text. Partially canceled French postmark.
