Indian postcard dated 1936, sent from Sambhar Lake (Rajasthan) to a recipient in Sambhar. The reverse has handwritten correspondence in Devanagari script, with a printed address for 'Messrs. Chunn Lal Ram Narain, Sambhar Lake'. A green 9 pence stamp (Queen Victoria) is affixed, cancelled by a circular Sambhar Lake stamp dated 1 April 1936.
