Postcard dated June 5, 1949, sent from Beawar (Rajasthan, India), with a 9 pence stamp depicting King George VI. The reverse features handwritten text in Devanagari script, as well as a printed red inscription at the bottom. A circular cancellation reads 'BEAWAR DELY. 5 JUN. 49 12 - A.M.' and a partial cancellation is visible on the right.
