Indian postcard dated 1936, with printed text in Devanagari script on the front and handwritten correspondence in cursive script. The reverse shows a 9 pence Indian stamp, canceled with a Hindoustan (Howrah) postmark from December 13, 1936, and a handwritten address to Motichhail, Hindoustan (Gärbur).
