The reverse features handwritten correspondence in Devanagari script, addressed to 'Samlikhar Lale', with a 9 pice green stamp and a circular cancellation from Ramganj Mandi. The publisher 'Shri Harischandara Press, Bhawaniganj' is printed at the bottom of the front.
