Description

Indian postcard dated 17 March 1940, franked with a green 9 pence stamp depicting King George VI, with a Delhi postmark. The reverse features handwritten correspondence in Devanagari script, including the recipient's address and a mention in parentheses '(ИЗОЛЯЦИЯ)' in Cyrillic. The printed text 'POST CARD' and 'ADDRESS ONLY' is visible in the top right corner.
