Indian postcard dated 1938, sent from Bombay to a recipient in Calcutta, with a handwritten correspondence in Bengali script. The reverse presents a handwritten Bengali address, a date (10.2.1938), and an Indian postage stamp of 4 p. with cancellation. The recipient's address is clearly legible in English: 'Bombay N.2'.
