Indian postcard dated 18 July 1917, franked with a green 9 pence stamp depicting a royal portrait, with a Calcutta postmark. The reverse features a handwritten address in Devanagari and English to 'P. Mandreela, Serikawati', as well as a telegram reference 'MAHABISHN' and an address to Nourangrai Banshidhar in Calcutta. Red annotations and handwritten Devanagari script cover part of the reverse.
