Postcard dated September 29, 1947, sent from Habeanna (India) with a green 9 pence stamp depicting King George VI. The reverse features a handwritten address to 'Balm Ramoaruppi' in Gattani, with local language (probably Kannada) handwriting covering most of the front. The postmark reads 'POST CARD DELY. ADDRESS ONLY' and '30 A.M.'
