Indian postcard dated September 4, 1945, franked with a 9 pence stamp depicting a sovereign, with the postmark 'LALPUR' and the inscription 'ADDRESS ONLY'. The reverse has a long handwritten letter in Devanagari script, addressed to 'Lujanmally Kishormal, Sattari, Dafdarion Mohalla, Po Nagaur, Si Marwar'.
