The reverse shows a handwritten address in Bengali and English, as well as the publisher's details: CHHOGMULL RUGHALLL, banker and commission agent in Calcutta. A 9 pence stamp with a portrait of Edward VIII is affixed, canceled with a circular postmark from Calcutta.
