Vintage postcard dated 11 December 1938, sent from Aipua City (India) to Mr. Ramnivas Ramsahar in Jaspur. The reverse contains a letter from the B.B. & C.I. Railway Company (Bombay) dated 17 November 1938, refusing a freight refund without a letter of authorization from the payer. A 1/4 anna Indian green stamp and Aipua City postmark.
