Taranagar — postcard sent to Marwar — unknown publisher, series number not visible

Description

Indian postcard dated 30 August 1945, franked with a green 1/2 anna stamp depicting King George VI. The handwritten Devanagari script address is intended for Marwar (Rajasthan), with a mention of 'Paganur' at the bottom. Two circular postmarks from Taranagar are present, one indicating the date of dispatch and the other the place of origin. The reverse contains handwritten Devanagari script correspondence, the content of which is illegible.
