Description

Postcard dated around 1939, sent from Bombay to Vithalwadi (Matakal) in India. The reverse features handwritten text in Devanagari script, an address to Hajaramalji Kavarlalji in Bombay N.2, and a green 9 pence stamp depicting King George V. The circular postmark of Bombay is visible, as well as handwritten Devanagari script on the front.
