Postcard dated 1946, sent by the Price Control Department of the Government of Bihar to M/s Ramballabh Spindlesen, a salt merchant in Sambhar Lake. The reverse contains an official reply from the department, stating that the request cannot be fulfilled. Green 9 pence stamp, cancellation 'INDIA POSTAGE SERVICE' and stamp 'SECRETARIAT'.
