Indian postcard dated May 7, 1949, franked with two stamps of 3 pence and 1/2 anna, with a postmark from Hinddaun and a Bharatpur City postmark. The reverse features a handwritten address in Devanagari script for M/s. Genda Lal Sanwal Das Jain in New Mandi, Bharatpur, with mention of the Bharatpur jurisdiction and telephone number 12.
