Description

Indian postcard dated May 7, 1941, sent from Jaipur to Banli, with a green 9 pence stamp depicting King George VI. The back side indicates the recipient's address in Banli, as well as the offices of agent Bisesar Lal in Bareilly, under the jurisdiction of Bareilly. The handwritten Devanagari script occupies a large part of the front and back.
