Description

Indian postcard dated 26-11-1967, franked with a 15 p. stamp depicting a bear. The reverse has handwritten Devanagari script, an English address (P. W. D.), and a circular cancellation from Dharwad. A 'DIE' stamp is visible at the top left. The recipient's address is partially crossed out and rewritten in red.
