Description

Indian postcard dated 1978, sent by Mr. Zubeida, a leprosy patient at Pulli Parkam (Chengalpattu), to Mr. Maseem Khalil in Allahabad. The reverse contains a handwritten message in English requesting financial help to overcome the disease and poverty, with a prayer for the health of the sender and his family. The 15 rupee stamp with tiger motif is canceled at Natham.
