Description

Postcard dated January 25, 1965, sent by A-Syed Ali, a poor leprosy patient in Chennai, to Mr. Naseem Khalil in Allahabad. The reverse contains a plea for help for him and his mother, mentioning their lack of food and clothing. The 15 annas stamp with the tiger is canceled in Madras.
