Description

Indian postcard dated 1978, sent by T. Yousuf, a leprosy patient in Puli Pakkam, Chengalpattu, to M. Naseem Khalil in Allahabad. The reverse contains a handwritten letter in which the patient requests financial assistance for his medical needs and expresses wishes for peace for the recipient and their family during Ramadan. The 15 annas stamp is canceled in Puli Pakkam.
