Description

Indian postcard dated around 1986, sent from a leprosy home in Chencalpattu (India) to a recipient in Allahabad. The back contains a handwritten letter from a leprosy patient stating his isolation and distress, requesting prayers for him and his family. The 15 pence stamp with the tiger is affixed at the top right.
