Indian postcard with handwritten text in Devanagari script, addressed to 'Sarwar' at 'Parwar'. The reverse shows a circular postal cancellation of 'HALPANNA' with the date '16.1.19', as well as a green 1 anna stamp. The handwritten text is illegible, but the destination and place of dispatch are clearly visible.
