Indian postcard dated around 1930, addressed to Kotah with handwritten Devanagari script and signature 'Kotah'. The reverse shows a postal transit stamp 'NOTAY DELI 8 NO.16'. A green stamp 'HALFANNA INDIA POSTAGE' is affixed at the top right, with partial cancellation.
