Description

Illustrated postcard of a woman in traditional attire holding a basket of flowers, with an inscription at the bottom: 'Bux Elahi Rehmat Elahi, General Merchant, Saddler Bazaar, Delhi'. The reverse has handwritten correspondence in Devanagari script, a circular postmark 'KOTAH 9 OCTAM DELHI 24 SE 03', and a 3-rupee stamp with a portrait of an emperor. The recipient's address is written in red.
