Description

Postcard illustrated with a seated musician playing a stringed instrument, in a natural setting. The reverse features handwritten correspondence in Devanagari script, addressed to Budroodin Ahmedji, a paper merchant in Bombay, with an Indian postmark dated December 24, 1904 and a Calcutta cancellation. A postal office stamp from Bombay dated June 6, 1904 is also visible.
