Old postcard showing an engraved portrait of a maharaja in traditional costume, with printed text in Devanagari on the right. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence in cursive script addressed to an opium merchant in Baeawr, with a British 3-pence postal stamp and a cancellation from Butlam dated 10.10.06. The reverse is completely covered in illegible handwritten text.
