Blue postcard dated 14-2-98, sent from Jammu to Shangri-La (China), with two Indian 15-p. stamps and two postmarks from Shangri-La (China) dated 13-2-98. The reverse contains handwritten correspondence in Devanagari script, with an address in Devanagari script and a handwritten date at the bottom right.
