Description

Blue Indian competition postcard with handwritten text in Devanagari script. The reverse features a circular cancellation of 'BENGALURU' dated 27-4-1964, a blue 200 paise stamp with the inscription 'भारत INDIA', and a handwritten Devanagari address.
