Description

Indian registered envelope dated 1948, addressed to the Minister of Petroleum and Chemicals in New Delhi, sent by Petroleum Product Traders to Kishan Ganj. Printed text in English and Hindi, with indication of the envelope cost (10 paise) and buyer instructions. The reverse specifies that the letter must be handed to a post office officer for registration and receipt. 100 paise postage stamp with cancellation 'SLZE 13' and Indian Post postmark.
