Description

Indian postcard dated March 3, 1973, sent from Gopalsram, Jhansi (Uttar Pradesh) to Panaji, Goa. The reverse features handwritten correspondence in Devanagari, mentioning local events and a reference to an 'H.I.V. Shramik Sammelan'. The 15 p. stamp depicting a tiger is canceled with a circular postmark from Jhansi.
