Description

Indian postcard dated 21 December 1962, franked with two stamps (10 and 15 annas) and bearing multiple postmarks, including one of 'BOLPUR' and one of 'BILASPUR'. The reverse is fully covered with a handwritten message in Devanagari script, with an address and a partially erased PIN code by blue lines. The printed text in English and Hindi is partially visible under the writings.
