Description

Pale blue postcard dated January 30, 1985, sent from the Gandhi Leprosy Centre in Parangipettai (T.N.) to Allahabad. The reverse contains a handwritten message from a leprosy patient describing her miserable situation and requesting help in the form of zakat. The publisher is listed as 'Post Card' with a 15 rupee stamp and a cancellation of 'SALEM' (India).
