Description

Green postcard dated around 1986, sent from Chengalpattu (India) by A. John Victor, who suffered from leprosy, to a recipient in Allahabad. The back contains a charity request for Ramadan, addressed to 'Respected Janab'. The 15 p. tiger stamp is affixed at the top right, and the recipient's address is handwritten in English and Hindi.
