Indian registered envelope dated 17/10/77, addressed to the Branch Manager of the State Bank of India in Ludhiana, sent by Arvinder Singh from Sangrur. Printed text in Hindi and English indicates the cost of 10 paise and instructions for registration. 15 paise stamp with tiger portrait and Ludhiana circular postmark. Reverse: Hindi and English instructions for mandatory registration and receipt collection.
