Indian registered envelope dated 1931, addressed to the Manager of the State Bank of India in Ludhiana (Punjab). Printed text in English and Hindi indicating the cost of the envelope (10 paise) and instructions for registration. On the reverse, instructions in Hindi and English for mandatory registration and receipt collection. 10 paise green stamp with Samrala, India cancellation.
