Printed text in English and Hindi indicates the cost of 10 paise and the requirement for registration. Two 15 paise stamps with tiger design, canceled in Hoshiarpur, accompanied by a blue circular Indian postmark. The back indicates that the letter must be registered and a receipt obtained from a post office officer.
