Indian registered letter dated 1952, with Hindi and English inscriptions indicating 'REGISTERED LETTER' and 'COST OF ENVELOPE 50 PAISE'. Handwritten Hindi address to Mr. D. S. Yuniwasi in Ajmer (Rajasthan). The reverse indicates that the letter must be delivered to a post office officer and that receipt must be obtained.
