Indian registered letter dated around 1951, addressed to the Manager of the State Bank of India in Ludhiana. Printed text in English and Hindi indicates the cost of the envelope (10 paise) and instructions for deposit. On the reverse, Hindi and English instructions specify that the letter must be handed over to a postal officer with receipt. A blue 10 paise stamp and a postmark from Patia A.R.M.S. with number 2.
