Indian registered envelope dated 1919, franked with two stamps (0.16 and 0.15 rupees) and bearing a postmark from Delhi. Handwritten address to the Army, Ministry of Defense, New Delhi. The reverse indicates it should be delivered to a post office officer with receipt, with the recipient's address at Gwalior Cantt. (Pb).
