Indian postcard dated around 1940, sent from Dhan Mandi, Udaipur (Rajasthan), with a green 4 annas stamp depicting the Lion of India. The reverse has handwritten Devanagari script, a cursive address, and a black circular postmark. The recipient's address is clearly printed at the bottom left: 'Shah Hrachand Chhaganlal, Dhan Mandi, Udaipur (Raj.)'.
