Indian postcard dated 1973, franked with three stamps (two rose 40 p. and one grey 7.50 r.) bearing the inscription 'B.R.L.FEE'. The reverse shows a postal license renewal document with handwritten notes and signatures of the postmaster, dated 28.1.73 and renewed until 31.12.1973. The cancellation 'Bikaner' is visible on the stamps.
