Description

Black and white advertisement by the Department of Posts and Telegraphs, illustrated with a hand placing a postcard into a mailbox, an airplane, and a truck, with the slogan 'POST EARLY TO CATCH THE MAIL'. The text explains that early sending avoids postal office congestion and ensures quick processing. The reverse is an Indian post transfer postcard dated 1978, with a 15 rupee stamp and an obliteration of 'S.A. TURBAN' from 12-1-71, transferred to Magaur Rai.
