Black and white aerial view of the village of Le Troisé, nestled in a valley between steep mountains and a watercourse, with scattered houses on the slopes. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated September 4, 1939, sent to Paris, mentioning the joy of receiving a postcard and the sending of two daughters. The publisher is 'Edition André', with a visible postmark.
