View of the courtyard of the La Pompelle fort after the impact of a large-caliber shell on April 11, 1917, which pierced a deep shelter and caused the death of 43 men, officers and soldiers of the 11th Company of the 94th Territorial. On the reverse, the card bears the publisher Jacques Fréville, Reims, rue Payen, 22, and a postmark with cancellation.
